American workers: Lazy or creative?

By | September 6, 2005

News.com has an interesting article about personal surfing time at work. A survey was conducted online by the folks at Salary.com of American workers about their work habits.

“Not all nonproductive time that an employee spends is a complete waste. Some of it is creative or constructive waste.” I think it is fair to say that this is how many of us do view it at work. It is more of an exersize to keep the brain constantly working than as an effort to avoid work.

Please note… this blog post is while I am loading up for the day at work and checking email heh.
